Working Girls
In the swirl of style blogs, the people that stand out are honest writers like Garance Doré. It’s very refreshing to read about her story, from her first inklings as an illustrator teaching herself HTML, to the high-profile assignments that her daily work now involves.
Garance is alot of things to many bloggers, but to me she’s a sort of Carrie Underwood of the style blogosphere, pausing to reflecting in each post about the industry’s nature for entrepreneurs like herself.
Which is why I was super delighted that she’s begun to ask women to share their business diaries. In her series Working Girls, you can read about Mathilde Thomas, the women behind the beauty products line Caudalie, or Preia who works in PR, with more to come I hope.
