Returned from Silicon Valley – or maybe more accurately put – the Valley of Disruption.
Before going there I had a very defined idea on how Shoot Creativity should be conceptualized.
But after I got there my worldview was completely disrupted because I got so much inspiration from several entrepreneurs on new ways to do things. Disrupted because I realised the constant pursuit to create the newest technology is done by disrupting old ones. I didn’t go to one company visit without DISRUPTION being mentioned.
And the word is in its nature a bit irritating. But what I realised after my trip was that this disruption and turbulence created an even clearer picture of what Shoot Creativity is and should be.
So what is it then? It is all about interacting and networking with likeminded people that inspire you by questioning your ideas and thereby disrupting your current worldview so that you constantly pursue development.
Therefore, thanks to We Unite for framing and organising disruption by telling different entrepreneurial stories that can disturb our current worldview and that can inspire us to develop.
